Replacement of an ADR Driver Training Certificate

If your ADR Driver Training Certificates is damaged or stolen, you can have it replaced. All ADR driver training licence holders should contact SQA requesting a replacement, or access replacement form. A fee is payable by debit or credit card for the replacement.

SQA will endeavour to turn around replacements within 10 working days from receipt of form.
